The Ringer House offers a very private setting, yet is a very convenient ski house in the winter. It offers ample living space, a double garage, and great outside deck space that includes an outdoor Jacuzzi with spectacular views. A back deck with picnic table and gas bbq is also available for summer use. There is a nice size entry with plenty of room for ski/boot storage. This leads into the Great Room, which encompasses the kitchen, dining area, living room, and open stairway to the downstairs. The high ceilings in this room combined with the number and style of windows make a very dramatic setting!
The custom kitchen with Corian countertops and maple cabinetry offers a unique pass-through feature into the dining area, and is fully equipped. The dining table easily seats 8 people and enjoys incredible mountain views. The living room is on the opposite end from the kitchen, and includes color television and VCR, stereo system and a wood stove. A sliding door on to the outside deck on this level leads you to the Jacuzzi allowing you to enjoy wonderful valley and mountain views while you relax with your beverage of choice.
Also on this level is the master bedroom and bath. The master bath doubles as the laundry room, and has a double vanity, separate water closet and shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, two large closets and windows that allow plenty of light.
Downstairs you will find the three additional bedrooms and the second full bath. This bath has a door separating the water closet and shower, each area with it's own vanity and sink. A large indoor sauna and additional family room with color television, video player and stereo cassette are also found on this level.
Transportation: A car would be necessary (4-wheel drive recommended during the winter season) while staying in the Ringer House.
